Financial inclusion through digitalisation of services for well-being

Abstract Financial inclusion is central to bridge the wider socio-economic differentials with help of financial intermediaries like banks. Inclusion through digitalisation traditional banking can offer facilities such as affordable healthcare, equitable education, opportunities for equal employment and parity in income people who are disenfranchised marginalised society. We examined effect led on public sector Indian banks socially excluded segment society by exploring what extent overall well-being has been achieved. Our findings suggest barely advanced inclusion, although have attempted move right direction better penetration. On other hand, financials registered substantive improvements. The a set policy implications bank India; extend our understanding composite construct that represents several indicators.
